METAL SHEET CUTS WITH PANTOGRAPH
There is a Pantograph CNC available for cutting with Oxycut and Plasma, in metal sheets of 2500mm x 7000mm and until 4" of thickness.
MACHINING
We count with machining centers with numeric control and considerable size. We mainly stand out in projects related to flanges, plaques and baffles drilling for heat exchangers with considerable size and weight.
The company provides high technological equipment and tools to perform careful processes. Iron for different types and specifications are used, according to different projects. We develop processes where the highest standards are used to satisfy the different demands of the actual market.
MECHANIC DESIGN, MANUFACTURING, RE-RATING, MODIFICATIONS AND REPAIR OF PRESSURIZED RECEPIENTS WITH "U" STAMP, "U2" FOR ASME AND "R" OF NATIONAL BOARD INSPECTION CODE
Our designs and constructions are built in compliance with the AMERICAN SOCIETY OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERS (ASME) regulations, according to Section VIII Div. 1 and 2 and they could also be manufactured under other specifications and/or regulations defined by the customer. The first step in the equipment manufacturing and process modules is the mechanic design, which is carried out through state-of-art software, and then it is followed by overall and detailed engineering. The following step is the study of the manufacturing of each equipment and the inspection and trial is planned. Then it continues with the preparation of the cuts and pre-assembly. The next process is the assembly of each of the parts. The pantographs, welding equipment and machining centers are programmed from our engineering department, ensuring the highest quality in construction. We specialize in repairing and modifying pressurized recipients designed under ASME VIII, those recipients maintain their stamp.
It is worth mentioning that due to the alterations that take place in industries, many recipients are re-rated, i.e. change their design data and we are prepared to ensure this process.
MECHANIC DESIGN, MANUFACTURING, RETUBING AND REPAIR OF HEAT EXCHANGERS FOR TUBE AND HOUSING UNDER ASME, TEMA AND OTHERS
A heat exchanger is designed to transfer heat from one fluid to another. This is an essential
part of refrigeration devices, air conditioning, energy production and chemical processing.
The exchangers that we manufacture are mainly produced under TEMA and ASME regulations;
however, they can be produced under other regulations or according to other particular
specifications of each customer to suit their needs.
We also build horizontal and/or vertical exchangers, with two fixed plaques, one fixed and
other floating or one fixed plaque and with "U" tubes, with one or more steps. Among the most
common materials for the tubes we can mention carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless
steel and bronze alloy. We work with carbon or stainless steel, with or
without expansion joint. We also perform programmed repairs, tube exchanges, baffle and/or
tube container plaques replaces and recovery for sections and headpieces. In order to carry out
the most delicate tasks in the equipment construction, we dispose of state-of-art equipment,
machining center with numeric control and automatic orbital welding machines.
MECHANIC DESIGN, MANUFACTURING AND REPAIR OF TANKS FOR FLOATING ROOF AND FOR STORAGE UNDER API REGULATION
With the design data provided by our Customer, our Engineering Department makes the memory calculations with state-of-art design software and provide the data to our Project Team, so they can elaborate the detail engineering for the prefabricated or for the manufacturing in our industrial complex. The tanks from medium to small stature are manufactured directly in SOIME manufacturing plant to later be transported under our logistics to the final locations determined by the customer. Regarding the Tks. of major stature, they are prefabricated in our facilities and assembled in the predetermined location by the Consignor. The scope of our presentation is not limited to the tank itself, but also we provide to our customers the supplies and execution of the complementary work, this considers from the civil work for the foundations, enclosures and completing the electro mechanic installations, including piping for the movement of the storage products, corresponding drain system and fire protection, as well as the pumping equipment, i.e. Turnkey Complete Installments.
LOW, MEDIUM AND HIGH PREASSURE PIPING, UNDER ASME CODE B31.3 AND OTHERS
We carry out piping for different types of industries, for example it is worth mentioning the food,
oil, chemical, petroleum, biodiesel and paper industries among others.
It should be noted that piping can be made from different materials that goes from steel to
carbon, stainless and even special alloys.
SPECIAL WELDING
We perform welding in different materials, low, medium and high alloy steel, nickel alloy,
PARTS FORMING
By request and according to given specifications, we can produce parts formed by diverse geometries, in thickness and dimensions, just as example we can point out: Round headpieces, transitions of all types, reductions, expansion joints, cylinders, cones, tubes of considerable thickness and tiny diameters.
TREATMENT FOR SURFACES AND SPECIAL COVERS
For the surface treatment, we have a shot-blasting cabin of 5 m. wide x 5 m. tall and 15 m. depth,
which it is based on a weathertight system submitted under pressure by air extraction, allowing,
together with an adequate lighting, an optimal visibility to perform the job. The air entry is filtered
by a dust extractor, where the filtering cartridges hold the particles up to 0.5 microns, in an
efficiency of 99.9%.
For driving of the abrasive blasting, we use a shot-blasting equipment with double outage.
The hopper has a capacity of 2000 kg of blasting steel. Our equipment has a pressure system with
distance control and dead man system. Our operators work the parts to be processed, inside the
room, wearing the appropriate security equipment and blasting metal. The cabin has a continuous
cleaning and recovery system for the abrasive blasting.
The application of the painting covers are done by Airless equipment. This equipment uses
different pressure relations, according to the type of product requested by each client. Our
applicators have certifications that support and guarantee the job to be done.
